Which Application package to use?? when Adult + Kid applying together

I have completed 3years in July after attaining PR but my daughter arrived last year. For applying citizenship do I need to use (application package for Adult + Package for Minor) or (only Application Package for Minor only) as we both will be applying the citizenship together?
