Which age to consider for CRS

Hi,
I will be getting one year older in the next month.. :

Say, I will be completing full 30 years of my life in the next month, So, my query is that which age will be considering for calculating CRS points?

is this 30 years (90 CRS points) or 31 years (85 CRS points)?

The system will adjust your points accordingly.

You will get points for age 30 before your birthday, and points for age 31 after.
