you should send the complete package to sponsor and your sponsor will forward the package to cic.if using Canada then the ist address.if using courier then the second address.no public dropoffs.

you should forward the dhl courier to your sponsor if he/ she is in Canada now.then your sponsor will forward the package to CPC Mississauga.

Either of the 2 is fine. Courier, though, is faster. Ours were couriered and received at CPC-M the following day.
