Which address to send the SPOUSAL Applicaiton

Hello everyone,
I am a bit confused about which address we have to send the application.
I am the Sponsor (In Canada)
Sponsored person (Not in Canada)

We have the application ready and I will be sending the application by mail, However, the Checklist says address :
"Living outside of Canada Applying under Family class" Package should be sent to " Sydney {P.O. Box 9500) Sydney Nova Scotia , B1P 0H5

BUT when I check the website they say:

CPC Sydney
P.O. Box 9500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0H5

Note: Choose this option if your spouse or common-law partner is living in Canada with you, but you have chosen to use the overseas sponsorship.

We don't live together yet, only I (Sponsor) am in Canada



OR THE OTHER ADDRESS IS:

Mississauga, ON

Please help which address is correct for our application?

That is just a clarification for applicants who are in Canada. Your spouse isn't in Canada, so the note doesn't apply to you.
