Which address should I use at POE for PR during landing

I am planning to land Fist week of July in Toronto
My sister is living in Ottawa and I am planning to settle in Toronto so can I use my friends address in Toronto or shall I use my sister's address in Ottawa which is better pls advise

The one where you are going to stay. The officer on the airport will ask you about the current address and ask you if that will be your permanent address, if you say yes he will send the PR card form by himself and will put the address you will give ( sister or friend ). If you say it wont be your permanent address and you will be there for only 2 or 3 weeks then officer will ask you to post the PR card form by yourself when you know your permanent address as it takes a month time to get PR cards.
