where's the submit button on my PR application after ITA?

Hi guys,

I got invited in the last draw, and immediately started the PR application and scanned/uploaded all required documents. After that, I got super confused, there is no SUBMIT button for me to hit! It shows the fees but nowhere I can pay. At the bottom left, it only says " quit questionaries", and if I hit it, I will be taken to a page saying it will be valid for 60 days in my file ... I am lost, did I miss something??? How do I notify CIC that my files are ready to review?

After "Summary of fees", do you see sections for Declaration, Disclosure, Signature and finally security question? You will need to select "I agree" from the drop-down menu under the disclosure section.

A "Transmit and Pay" button appears next to Exit questionnaire once you enter details in the 4 sections mentioned earlier.

Let us know if it worked.

No I did not see such a thing, just a button to take me log off!! Does it take 24 hours to show up???? Does anyone have similar problem as I do?

No it does not take 24 hours. Revisit your previous steps and see if you've missed something. If everything looks fine then logout and give it 24 hours and check again tmrw.

Please try changing your browser - say if you are using Chrome, logout and open MyCIC in IE or Mozilla. That may resolve your issue. In case if still no luck, then...

1) Immediately create a parallel profile with a different email ID (don't forget a new Job Bank too) and come back into the pool. Remember tomorrow is Wednesday, so you may not have much time. In case you get picked up and you see the Submit option with your new EE Profile ITA, decline your older ITA and withdraw that profile too (important).
2) I strongly urge you to send a CSE straightaway with the screenshot (their call center won't help).

I was in a similar situation (though not the same) and CIC just did not resolve that technical glitch. It's now 4 months and I am back in the pool starting afresh and waiting endlessly to get picked up. Not trying to scare you or suggest that if I had a bad experience with CIC, so does everyone, but just be mentally prepared. Also these are purely my suggestions, please proceed with caution.

Wow that's a drastic move.

Maybe check the application again first. Do all of the sections on your first page still have green ticks? Guessing you have uploaded documents for every item in the document list?

Even I only see Exit Questionnaire button at the bottom. I haven't uploaded all the documents yet.

Please let me know, I'm getting worried now.

Yep, only once you have a complete application. Don't stress!

Double check whether all required sections are filled. May be some section or field is not filled, may be that's why you are missing that.

Did you try from some other computer ? Did you try using a different web browser ?

Problem solved!!! As long as you remove the letter of explaination button if you do not need to submit one, the SIGN/PAY/SUBMIT thing will pop up! It really makes sense! The system was just waiting for me to upload more stuffs when I did not remove it

hi I am having the same problem. I have uploaded every document required. everything is green and says completed at the first page. nowhere on my screen does it allow me to submit my application to the IRCC. I have 6 days to get this in.

how do I remove the optional letter to reveal the Submit button you are talking about.

Hey, i was about to pay when the window closed. So i opened the account again and i can no longer go in my application. Anybody knw how i can pay and submit the application again?
