Where's my application?

My wife and I filed for permanent residency for myself from the US to Canada on January 16th and received confirmation that her application for sponsorship was approved on February 12th. We originally had selected Seattle as the location for my portion of the PR application to be processed, however since then it seems that office has closed.

I'm curious as to where my application is now and whether the time frame has been increased due to the closer of the Seattle office?

Any information in regards to this is appreciated.

Ah, I should mention, I applied as if outside of Canada. Does that change the answer any?
