I do not think there is any other document or link where we can find uptodate system to understand number of people in pool as I have had this discussion with some consultants locally in India.

I am also on the same boat as my CRS also stands at 438.

Its good, you are at CLB 9.
But if you were to re-attempt and score to CLB 10, your CRS would be even better.

Yes, I am also re-appearing for IELTS in next month and I am just 0.5 bands short in Speaking from being maxed out.

If you think, you can improve it, you can easily improvise CRS.
