Where to upload the emedical form

Hi, I'm an international student applying for a study permit to Canada from India. I'd like to be considered for SDS. I have completed my upfront medical exam. I am not sure where to upload the emedical form I received. I don't see a separate field to upload it. I answered yes to the two questions related to this in the preliminary questionnaire.

Or should I upload this form in the optional documents section.

Please let me know.

No you don't have to do anything.Your medical results will be uploaded from the institution where you gave your medical test.
