Where do i upload IELTS score sheet? Do i need to include it in Combined Education document file (one pdf file for all education docs) or somewhere else?

yes, combine with degrees or diploma. I did the same.

Generally IELTS isn't required, although i see no harm in uploading it with rest of the educational certificates if pdf file size isn't an issue, because CIC has direct access to all TRFs so they can do their independent verifications.

You only need to provide the 'Test Report Form Number' when filling the details in language section~
no need to upload the IELTS test~

We didn't upload ours when we submitted the original application. However, it was requested a week later and CIC had provided an additional upload section for us to do so.
