Where to upload educational documents amd backlog summary?

I have few questions,please help me with answers?1.On CIC Website where to upload my educational documents, have all documents notarized?
2. Is backlog summary necessary,my college doesn't ask for on,I have valid offer letter and even already paid fee amd waiting for GIC receipt.I. Going to submit my file.need help regarding backlog summary,is it mandatory for a Visa officer?

i had applied offline through an agent and got my visa.i had submitted backlog certificate to the college but not to the embassy
