where to submit medical report and also Police certifciate

Can someone help me with why i havent received any instructions on where to submit police certificates and RPR fee receipt . All i received was just a medical form

HI, did you check at cic site (Police certificates (police checks))?

Does anyone could help me with more informations about the New Zealand Criminal Records? I would like to know how takes to NZ Min of Justice send the answer to CIC.

I'm waiting for any answer since March and CIC give me any response.
