WHERE TO START MY HUSBAND SPONSORSHIP PROCESS

Good Morning,

I am starting my husband's sponsorship. My husband is from Pakistan and i am a canadian citizen. I have not worked for 1 yr now. Would immigration Canada refuse my application because of being unemployed? I am not sure when i would get a job, i have been trying but it is very hard.

They wouldn't refuse your application due to unemployment. You can start on the application. As long as you are not on social assistance/welfare you can sponsor your husband.
