Where to send "reconsideration letter"

Hello,

I would like to know that where i need to send reconsideration letter for my PR Visa Refusal? My local VO is New Delhi & got rejection due to minor mistake in supportive documents. So, i want to send them "reconsideration letter".

Which way is better? EMail or Courier them with supportive documents or both?

Kindly suggest.

Hi there

Even I had a NER at first and I also appealed for reconsideration and by the grace of SAI BABA, it was turned to PER. However, I am an Indian but not NDVO applicant. But I sent my query through Email to the address from which I recieved the NER.

Make it specifically attention to the person whose name appears at the bottom of the email. Also mention why would you want your file to be reconsidered. Also please bear in mind that if you belong to an NOC that has already been filled, it will be advisable to reapply in 2012 if you think its going to be there again ( mostly skilled categories ). If not, and you still want to go ahead, please prepare a precise email explaining what happened and why you would like a reconsideration of your case.
If the Visa officer is convinced, he will ask you for some additional documents explainig and justifying your case.
This is Visa officer dependent and if luck favors and with your Lord's blessings, may your file be reconsidered !! Hope this helps!
