I got an email saying they want more proof of financial and living together. The email says to send any financial proof to them via online. Then further down it says I need to provide more proof that my husband and I are living together. Then it also says, "This must be received at this office by..". So, do I send my relationship proof via mail to the case processing centre or online as well?

Send it via case specific enquiry.

Not necessarily needed but if it was me I'd also mail it just to be sure.

Good point Maple, I'd send them an e-mail with scans on top. This shows strong intent and proves how important your application is for you :)

I'm just nervous that if I send it all online, then they won't accept it because they actually wanted it in hand. And I don't want to waste money or computer ink printing it and sending it to them if they only wanted it online.

Well the email as you stated says to send it through email online.

I've just read many horror stories about CIC claiming they didn't recieve documents, so personally, I'd play it safe and mail as well.

That is exactly what my wife and I did when we voluntarily updated a form we found an error in and sent more proof of relationship to SVO.
