Where to send Pasport - NY or LA?

Hi all,

I applied online for Visitor Visa to Canada. They have requested to send my passport.

Which VAC should i send to New York or Los Angeles? NY VAC is closed. Do they process the Passport?

Please help! Has any one sent passport to NY?

I have the same question. Besides that I noticed that these is a "Any applicable VAC fees, such as passport transmission fees" if we send the passport to LA. I mean what is this fee?Do we have to pay this even we paid the application fee online? Or we just sent the passport request letter and passport to LA?

Hi guys, I am actually in SF bay area and I also just got the passport request letter. However, the instructions are very confusing - anyone know what should we include in the mail? thanks!

Btw, I am an international student in the USA and anybody knows if i need to include other things too? THX!!

I live in Detroit so i sent them to NY. I did somewhere that LA is faster but i wasnt in a hurry. All i sent was my passports, approval letter and Priority Express envelope for return.

You can send it to either.
