Where to send my common-law sponsorship application? (inland)

Hi I’m having trouble in sending my common-law sponsorship application. I tried the CPC address in Mississauga but Canada Post’s system doesn’t recognize the address and they can’t mail it. I also tried using a courrier (FedEx), but they’re asking for the recepient’s name and phone # but they’re not indicated on the website. What should I do? This is the CPC mailing address on the website:
