Where to send Medical Reports

Hi everyone,

I filed my application for PR visa in Manila, Philippines. I am currently working and did my medical examination here USA. I told the DME if they can send my medical reports to CIC Philippines coz they are the one processing my PR visa. They told me that they always send medical reports to Ottawa. Would there be a problem or delay my application? Please share your thoughts. Regards

same concern here. my visa office is manila and i dont know why my doctor is required to send it to Ottawa.

None yet.

Did you already pay your Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490)? I have not included it in my original package. Ive already done my medicals and it still wasnt asked for. Im worried because i dont know if i should have already paid for it early on.

Yes, I paid it together with the application fee. I know some who also did their medicals last March who still have not paid the RPRF. Hope they will ask our passport soon. God Bless.

Good to hear that im not alone wondering about that RPRF..

any news from manila about your medical? Do you know how long it usually takes before they as for our passports?

No news yet and even my ECAS shows only application received. Hope it will be updated next week. From what I read, applicants who had medicals last January have PPR but one applicant had her medical last Feb. got their visa already. Maybe it depends on the Visa Officer who handles our applications. Well, hope for the best.

I checked my ECAS today and it shows Medical have been received but no date was given. Do They really don't put date?

i cant tell if they put dates or not because mine is still the same "application received". once mine changes ill let you know if mine does/does not have a date on it.

Just to let you know that my medical results was delivered Mar. 30 in Ottawa. Did you try to click the application received on you ECAS?

Mine was received in Ottawa a couple of days later (April 3rd) Yes, i tried to click it but it just said that they received my application December 28.

I hope and pray that it gets updated soon...i hope tomorrow. haha. in any case ill let you know once i see a change.

i checked my ecas today, it said "Medical results have been received." mine too didnt have a date tho. same like yours.

Yahoo!!! We are getting closer. I hope we can receive the PPR by next month so I can plan my trip specially for my son's education. Keep on praying. God Bless
