Where to send FBI results after sending in application?

The first page of mine had a watermark and the header/crest on the second page. They were just printed on, I don't know if i can call it an official security feature. The watermark didn't really scan when I tried to scan it though I can't see it on my copies.

Hey my partner and I are actually in the same situation as you! He spent time as a student in the U.S. and China. We are currently waiting for his FBI check but I was wondering how you handled getting your Chinese police clearance? Since we aren't currently in China we can't go ourselves and any third party company we have looked into has either been super expensive, sketchy looking or hasn't replied to our emails. CIC hasn't asked for anything yet but I am wondering if a letter explaining the situation plus a copy of his visa he had at the time, proof we tried to receive the check but have been unable to, etc would be enough...it has been a pretty stressful situation and any advice or help would be super appreciated!

Hi! About getting the China clearance, I used a third-party company though was indeed quite expensive. Being asked to pay via Western Union didn't help ease my mind. But I didn't want not having it to delay the application process for me, so I went ahead and did it anyway. For what it's worth, they did deliver what they promised.

During my research, another option I read about was having a China-based friend get it for you. He or she will need you to send some documents (similar to what a third-party provided would ask you for). If you have an angel who would do that for you, that's probably the cheapest, surest option.

I used beijingesc.com but you should try googling a few and see who you're most comfortable with, which offers the cheapest, quickest, etc...
