my mother-in-law renewed her visitor visa and performed medical examination today. During the medical examination, the doctor gave her an emedical tracking sheet and told her to scan and send to immigration office. I log onto mycic and didn't find any link can upload this sheet. My problem is I didn't find anywhere can send an e-copy of the tracking sheet.
Did anyone send medical tracking sheet online? Thank you in advance.

You have to email it to the corresponding visa office which is processing her visa application.

Thank you, iam_toby. Her visa application was processed online thru mycic website. There is no email address for visa office.

And how did she get informed that she had to undergo the medical exam?

She submitted an application for extending her stay and recevied an approval letter. In the letter, she was told to perform an medical exam. But the letter didn't say anything to upload medical results. During the medical exam, the doctor said he will upload medical results to immigration office but he gave her an emedical tracking sheet and told her to scan and send to immigration office to inform them she had performed medical exam. So the purpose is to tell immigrant office she performed medical exam. But the problem is I didn't find anywhere to send.
