where to mail my caips request?

im still not sure to to mail my form.

situation: outland application in beijing, interview scheduled, physically in toronto, canada, need info on pr application notes.

that's really strange. we sent our CAIPS notes request to this address in Ottawa and received them back in 4 weeks time.

Suin, did you also send a copy os your PR/passport withthe application? I have sent request for CAIPSA 5 weeks back but forgot to send the copy of my PR, not sure id they will process my application.
