Where to land to get PR card ???

Hello friends,
valuable advised needed from experts,friends and seniors.

I have got my PR with arranged employment in feb.
do i have to land compulsory at my arranged job city??
to get my PR card and SI Number??

what if i land some where else and apply for it ???
Do they question me ??

You can land anywhere except Quebec. And your PR card will be mailed to the address which you will provide at the time of completing your landing formalities

well i landed in Toronto instead of vancounvar( having AEO there)
IO asked me Why here ?/ to meet friends ( m planning to stay here)
IO said ok u here on temperory basis so we not send the PR card to ur
friends address
he said get ur permenent address and given me a PR card form and said fill up
and send it once u have a PR address..

will not be the problem if i do not provide them Vancounvar address
as i want to live here in Toronto

If your job is in Vancouver then why you want to live in Toronto?

well i landed in Toronto instead of vancounvar( having AEO there)
