When your study is about to complete, apply for work permit in embassy, You will get work permit according to length of your study:
1 year work permit for course of 1 year
3 year work permit for courses of 2 or more years,
then after having experience of 1 year you will be able to lauch your PR file in embassy.
thats all i know.
