Dear Members,

We are Indian Citizens with US PR Status. But are living and working in Saudi Arabia for a few years. Where do we file the Full Application? Do we file to CHC London or Buffalo?

I would appreciate your advice.

Regards,
RSM

Hi, I hope its ok I am asking you this. But, I am wondering with a US PR, why are you thinking of applying for Canadian PR?

All my other family members are now Canadian Citizens and my parents spend most of their time there.

As we get older, we want to spend more time with them and our children need to have sense of belonging to family.

Logically and practically it should be London CHC. The instruction guide clearly states that we should file from office where we live in order to avoid delays.

Place we live (since more than 1 year) OR original citizenship country.
The logical is also to choose the fastest possible way, which is New delhi office in their case.

Unfortunalty am not indian, otherwise I would did the same :p .
