Hi guys ,

i am From Asian Country But Now Living in Europe. Currently holding Temporary Residence Permit and If i want to apply Student visa to Canada Should i go back to my country or can i apply it from the country where i live now ?

You can apply either from where you are residing or the country of your citizenship. Note you will still have to show ties to either country before a study permit will be issued.

I agree with PMM you can apply from both countries however it is always better to apply from your home country i.e. country of citizenship or permanent residency.
