Where the application will be process?

Hello everyone. Maybe an odd question.
But I wanted to know where the files for my application will be processed. I am expecting an ITA in the upcoming draws (455 Crs) and I was wondering if the application (CEC outland) was going to be processed in Canada or the visa application center in my home.country.

But I wanted to know where the files for my application will be processed. I am expecting an ITA in the upcoming draws (455 Crs) and I was wondering if the application (CEC outland) was going to be processed in Canada or the visa application center in my home.country.

Most likely Canada but applications can be sent for processing to local VOs as needed and there is no way to predict whether it will happen or not.
