Where should I send my documents for ECA?

I plan to apply as a Veterinarian (NOC 3114).

It comes under the professional class but I don't think Medical Council of Canada is the correct choice for ECA as it's for the professionals dealing with human medicine.

Please help if you have any idea, or if you know from where I can find the answer.

The ECA web page did not help.

I went through WES for my ECA. However, to practice as a veterinarian in Canada I had also had to pass my Canadian Veterinary Medicals Association exams and received my CVMA Certificate of Qualification before applying for a provincial licence.

Oh, and thought Id mention that your CVMA CoQ doesn't count in creation of express entry profile, and is not necessary to apply. This is because the CVMA is a national licencing body and not provincial as the Express entry profile requires for extra points

I am also a vet from India, and I want to know whether I need to send the transcripts for 10th and 12th exam also.

I am a vet but also have a master's degree in virology. Please which of these credentials should I evaluate and if I have to evaluate both, would there be extra charges.
