Where On Earth (Canada) Do I Submit My Passport After Getting Passport Request Letter?

I applied for a TRV from inside Canada. I got my passport request letter but it contains no information as to where exactly I have to send my passport to get it stamped. It simply gives me a link to follow and tells me the instructions are there.

When I follow the link, it guides me a page on their website which shows all the VACs of every foreign country (Canada is not listed there).

Where do I send it if I'm inside Canada???? I'm unable to find this information anywhere on the IRCC website. Even on the web page titled " Visitor Visas: How to apply from inside Canada ", I cannot find this information.

After searching the web for hours, the only relevant thing I could find was some university's website which listed an Ottawa address (Case Processing Pilot) to where I can send my passport.

But I don't know if I should trust that source because it's a university's website which I am not a student of. Why am I consulting some university's website to get this information? What if its outdated?

If you are in Canada, you can call the IRCC helpline and speak to the agent regarding your query. Call 1-888-242-2100
