I understand that. Have got enough funds and have provided bank statements and details of immediate family (wife, kids and parents who are in India and not accompanying me for the trip). Will take help of extended family/friends in Canada to apply for GCMS notes and then reapply.

Applications submitted before 7th Sept 2021 were asked to reapply again. So it was favourable in your case. I applied in June end this year. I have to withdraw and reapply. There will be no refund.

Cannot withdraw the application now that it has passed 175 days. Will wait, no other option.

If you have captured a screenshot of your application status when it was showing "eligibility started" you have an option of raising the issue via webform.

You can apply from a third country only if you are residing there, have a valid PR/work permit. You have to apply only from your home country. If approved you can get it stamped from a third country if you travelling there.

Can you share your application timelines so far, dont share personal and key application details here only type of visa applied for, country applied from, portal used - New portal/ GCKey and the various progress dates so far.

Also the document say "Protected when Completed - B". Not sure if they mean a digital signature is created while saving the document or just a notification that it is secure and treated confidentially.

Yes I just checked my form also there is no validate button. It does mention that you have to sign and date the form and if not done application may get returned. I guess i have overlooked and submitted without signing as the other two documents did not require the sign, but have put the date...
