There is Canada visa office in Anifowoshe Street V.I lagos. But they only handle visiting and student visa. If you want to apply as a permanent immigrant you have to apply to cic office in Ghana that is the office that handles Nigerians permanent residence applications. Good Luck.

Both Oloye and Soj are right.

There is the Canadian High Commission in Abuja and a Deputy High Commission in Lagos. However both offices handle visiting and other temporary visas to Canada. The PR for English West Africa is processed only in Ghana and Abidjan for French West Africa.

BUT your best starting point is the CIC site.

There are canadian embassies in Nigeria both in Lagos and Abuja but none of them handles PR(permanent resident).Have to apply to accra ghana.Those in Nigeria only handles work permit and study visa
