where do they process online applications

Hi there, I did call Immigration Canada to ask the question and they never give a clear answer. They say it COULD BE Canada, or the office in your country.

you can apply online check the website, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp

You dont get to chose where your application will go to. Once your application online is sent. This is sorted out by IC. You have no control for that. Bye.
