Where do I send the Visitor Visa application?

My spouse and I will be doing a visitors visa application for his 3 daughters. They all live in Mexico, we live in Canada.

We are in Mexico right now and want to get everything ready for when we submit the application. They are unable to speak English so we are doing this on their behalf.

When we go back to Canada and finish off the application, do we send it back to the Canadian Embassy in Mexico.... Or do we send it within Canada to be processed?

Is there anyway that we can request them to send the application (whether approved or denied) back to us?

I have submitted an application previously while in Mexico, so am familiar with how to apply from outside of Canada... However in this case since the girls are still in Mexico... Would we send the application directly to the embassy in Mexico (from Canada...) and provide a DHL return label back to our address in Canada?

It would be much easier for us to have the girls send it within Mexico but we don't want to give them all of our banking information...We'd prefer to send it in ourselves.

Thoughts? Not sure how this is going to work...

Can't you ask your banker to provide you a letter stating your money in bank instead? This way you don't need to give them all your banking information.
