Where do i apply refugee?

do i need to enter direct country which i intend to refuge or should i enter by landing second country and then entering there again. i mean that i want to refuge in sweden so i fistly land to norway and then enter to sweden. is it ok ? or it is not necessary

If you land in Norway and try to claim asylum in Sweden you will likely be returned to Norway.

Look up the "Dublin Regulation".

The "Dublin Regulation" controls which country you have to apply in. For example, you can't go to France, then fly to Norway and then claim asylum. You need to know this stuff....
