I'm trying to order my ATIP file on line, but the system asking for file number is this format ####_####
Witch I can't located on the AOR letter.
Can someone help me please.

That format looks like the UCI number....maybe try to enter that one?

I did, and it's not working.
All what I have on the AOR is UCI and Application #

Use your PR ID number, application number is unnecessary for ordering the ATIP (it's optional).
