Where are 2006 and 2007 Applicants?

I applied on October 05th 2007 in Berlin unter simplified procedure. i recieved on 01 february a request to send the documents. The Berlin Ambassy requests me to update the form IMM0008 (if the number of the familly members are increased). But The initial application form (at that time only IMM0008) have been filled at that time (2007). The question is now: can the information on this form be different? (i.e where i aim to live in canada?, how much funds i have? or which nationality i have). On the initial form i wrote on these questions Halifax and 17000 $CAN. Now i want to immigrate to Ottawa and my nationality ist now different. Do you think it will a bad idea to provide different information between the initial forms and the updated form? should i only refill only the points where the information differe from the initial filled form?
I will appreciate any suggestions and help

Provide all the information as it is now. Do not fail to do so,as it amounts to misrepresentation. For every change of detail as earlier provided,provide a detailed explanation thereof.

You have been requested to update your documents and that includes filling in the requested forms with the updated information. That is why it is called the "documents update request letter". So give them all (information) that has changed since the date of your application.

I applied in August 2006. Last November Immigration office (Caribbean) requested final documents (Transcript, POFs, current US Status,) I provided all. In January they wrote back to say they cannot except my 401K as proof of funds and gave me an extension to reply by 2/28/2010. Which I did...explaining that I would have the required funds by end of month (had to write a letter stating where the funds were coming from). They granted the request. I was very impress with the turnaround. If I had the proof of funds, my belief is my application would of been completed.

Hi, my case of Nov 2005 is still in process, no communication received from CHC, New Delhi except a letter recd in Dec 2008 informing me about the start of processing my case. Whats your status on Ecas?

I dont have idea about CHC ISB, but I heard that 2007 CHC London applicants are receiving their Full Document & medical requests.

hey guys I am thinking of withdrawing my application of 2007 and apply again as my job is in the list of the 28 jobs.
I need a brotherly advice from you, Can I apply again on the same day I withdraw my old application, or I need to wait for some time after that?
please help me with that. I am tired of having my life under the mercy of those relentless ppl in Damascus office. I want it to get moving
