Where are 2006 and 2007 Applicants?

Hi,
I have applied in feb 2007 and received AOR in april 2007.
i hvae updated all my documents in june 2009 and medical in Oct 2009 at Kuala lumpur malaysia CHC.

Hi,
I have applied in July 2007 and received AOR in october 2007 from Berlin.
Iam still waiting the request for submitting my documents. Should I call the embassy to know about my application? coz they have not replied to the fax that i have sent to update my nationality and my prefessional situation......

Hello to everybody!
I applied under Simplified Application Process in 2007 in Ankara.
I was asked for the complete package in March 2009 and I sent all documents to Ankara in June 2009.
My letter stated that I would hear about the next steps within 4-6 months after the receipt of my full application.
Is there anyone in a similar situation? What is the experience?

Good news for 06-07 applicants,
Minister kenney promised to finish the backlog of applicants who applied under old system.
it was decided in 2010 immigration plan
 
marychris hi, in the official media article they don't mention explicitly that minister kenney promissed to finish the 2006, 2007 applicants during 2010, do u have any info on that?

As for me, I'm a "damascus" applicant since August 2006 (Old System, Full Documentation), in Damascus embassy the wait time is up to 65 months (more than 5 years), do you think i will hear from them soon, until now no news at all and still waiting for the "Update documents" letter, i think they didnt reach my application yet, and I'm not sure what year/month are they currently processing in damascus, but i know that some of damascus applicants are being transfered to warsaw and other less traffic offices after document update.

I regret the delay in reply.Well I am sorry I dnt ve an exact idea abt berlin timelines as I didnt apply from Berlin. But I think first you should your check the average processing timings from trackitt and then email CHC abt this issue(if the average processings have been passed regarding your date of AOR)

they did nt promised but they are working more vigorously on reducing the backlog of applicants under old system
 
We had submitted our file in Oct 2003. We have updated our file on 2nd april 2009. Can u guide me with the current status of file.. Also how much duration will be undertaken for completion of process?

Canandian government will reduce maximum backlog of applicants who applied under the old system. Canada is really entering a new era of immigration policies having a very less timelines of immigration
