It was transfer to NDVO and medical and all other request came from NDVO
It's frustrating as NDVO are really slow.
Thanks.

Ours is processing at NDVO. It is super slow and frustrating!
We applied Jan 2014 and online status has updated to decision made in Nob 2016. Still no passport request letter!
I know of families who applied with us in 2014 and some who applied a year later in Jan 2015 received their PR. They were being processed at Ottawa.

Some you can update online

Some you have to send mail. Depends on what you want to update.

One of my friend has same situation and he send his parents passport to Ottawa and they stamp it and send it back and if your parents in India than ask them to visit New Delhi office or nearest VFS office. They will defiantly take their passport for visa stamping.

Thanks

How did he send them to Ottawa? My parents are here in Canada?
Did he contact them first? And how?

You doesn't need to contact them send two copy of photo and put their DOB and name behind the Picture and send it to Ottawa with prepaid return envelope

CPC – Ottawa – PR
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON
K1A 1L1

Believe me it will work as your status was changed to Decision made.

As they send you letter either you Canadian address or your Indian address that's why it's taking longer in your case.

Thanks.

My parents received their CoPR today, going to the border now to flagpole.
