Hi all,

I am planning to apply PR for my Mother but I am not sure if I am eligible or not?
I am eligible for income perspective for 2014,2015 and 2016 but not for 2013(less $3000) I am applying for 2017 so i don't have NOA for 2016. can i still apply?
Please let me know if someone applied it in this situation and got approved from CIC.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible. You need Option C printout for 2013, 2014 and 2015 if you want to apply for 2017. I would say you need to apply on 2018.

In my case, the PPR email came first and within 1 - 2 days, E-Cas changed to DM. But in many cases nowadays, E-Cas status change to DM is being done first.

Well, it mostly depends on the LVO. Specially, CPC-O perhaps sends PPR's in bulk. So, even if the case is approved, they wait to dispatch in bulk (probably to be on same page of yearly quota).

Ecas changed from "IN PROCESS" to "DECISION MADE" on OCT 26,2016.

Shall keep updating the information in the forum.

Medical and police clearance - June 23rd 2016
Additional documents - Oct 10th 2016 ( dad's death certificate)
PPR - today 15 dec 2016
Not sure when my ecas turned to approved.. i see now it is says - decision made
hopefully you should also get your PPR shortly
