Thank you Soonihope and Kiwi...this is very useful information. We will email the receipt to Ottawa and ask them to pick it up from the system

definitely, it doesn't harm to, and I know it helped the London Visa office pick it up faster from the system :) (they wrote back saying thank you).

There's nothing obnoxious about thinking it's strange that those who havn't received sponsorship approval have had medical request from the visa office....I think everyone would agree it's highly unusual to skip receiving the sponsorship approval letter, although they obviously have it. From your response I think you've entirely missed the point of my post, it has nothing to do with criteria or which office yoi've been transferred to. Anyway, I find people tend to get the wrong end of the stick on this forum a lot....

I was nothing against anyone, merely an observation, likely in a slip up with cic's administration.

@kiwi2016,

Agreed your post had nothing to do with the criteria. I merely wanted to share the situation that i have to confront. Looking at your posts in the forum, I really appreciate the inputs you have been providing to help the members to get rid of their confusion .

Thanks for reply.

Good luck. God bless all !!!

No worries, as long as we're all just here to try and help each other! :) We all want the same thing.

The email from CPC-Ottawa requesting PCC for my parents never stated the mailing address. Can someone please confirm if this is the correct address that they should post the PCC to? Thanks!

You can add mine too:

Jan 2, 2014 - submitted application
June 9, 2014 - received acknowledgement that my application has been received by CIC
March 10, 2016 - received a letter requesting for additional documents (Notice of Assessment for past 3 years)
May 16, 2016 - received Sponsorship Eligibility Decision (PASSED !). Applicant's documents forwarded to CPC-Ottawa for further processing.

Hi All,

Can anyone send me email address of Canadian - Delhi High commission India.

Its very funny, i have never received sponsor approval from Canada.

From Delhi they had send letter dated on 19 April 2016 which we had received in indian address on 13 May 2016. Medical need to be completed within 30 days.

We have just finished e-medical in Canada (my parents are on supervisa visiting us) on 19 May 2016.

Now officially 30 days windows are over.

I am bit worry that they will not react on it or cancel my file.

I just wanted them to know about completion of medical.

So please anyone has communicated to Delhi office through email or other method. Please advise.

Thank you

Thanks for adding the details to the spreadsheet.

Are you sure that it was Jun 9, not Jan 9 of 2014?

Here is my timeline:

Jan 2, 2014 - submitted application
Jan 14, 2014 - payment accepted by CPC-M
June 9, 2014 - received AOR
May 10, 2016 - received IME request from CPC-Ottawa
May 16, 2016 - received CPC request from CPC-Ottawa

I have no idea when the file was transferred to CPC-Ottawa, but the first correspondence I received from Ottawa was the IME request. Hope this helps.

Has anyone else received PCC request from CPC-Ottawa before, even if you are not in the 2014 group? What was the mailing address you sent the PCC to?

Added but it's still missing few of your info. If you add them yourself in the NEW ENTRY sheet, it will be easier for me. Links are given in my signature. Thanks.

So weird eh, well you obviously have sponsorship approval! :) You submitted your application 2 days before me, so that's good for my timeline too... sorry I can't help with where to send it too... I have found they do email you back tho, so try emailing and asking them, they only take a day or two to get back to you...

@April2014,

I can understand your concern.

The email ID of Canadian High commission in India is as under:

delhi@international.gc.ca
Visas and Immigration: delhi-im-

Fax no. :- 91(11)-4178-2020

I am of the opinion that you should immediately send a mail to CHC-NEW DELHI enunciating therein the exact position, namely your parent being on SUPER VISA . Medical completion certificate/imm form + payment recpt. issued by the designate MO, who conducted medical exams. on your parent may also be sent as an attachment . Make sure to write your file number.Side by side, you may also send a fax massage suggesting therein the email sent by you.

However, if you think it pertinent you may send a letter through courier ,as well .

Address:- CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION,IMMIGRATION SECTION,7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANAKAYAPURI,NEW DELHI 11021,INDIA

Hope, this may help you.

Good luck.God bless all !!!!

I think currently CIC have 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2015 cases on the go.

Problem is really only going to occur when they use up the 20000 quota of visas for 2016. As you know this is separate to the annual caps.

I think there will be some very upset people towards the end of the year.
