[/img]I sent my passport to Ottawa from montreal by use Xpresspost service offered by Canada, to the PO Box address given by CIC. but until from now. The information on website of Canada post is "out of delivery". I called employees there and they told me that CPP has already sent people taken away my item with other items together. Since the amout of the items are very large, so they haven't had time to upgrade the info on line for me.
I'm wondering is that normal and how can I know my item is now surely on the hand of CIC.So worried for that.

I submitted my application for TRV along with my passport as requested to the po box CPP Ottawa on 31Dec2013. Canada Post tracker shows as " out for delivery" since jan 3rd 2014. Anyone with any information on whether or not you have received your passports/an update to your trackers/or what does this mean? Is my envelope missing? Should I be filing a police report? Canada Post advised the same- CPP Ottawa's po box is considered a large volume receiver and a rep from CPP picks up the mail, therefore Canada Post has done their bone;considered delivered (sent via XpressPost from within Canada). Any information is helpful. I have confirmed travel for feb 2nd. Sent multiple emails with no response.
