The best strategy is to
1. Prepare all the documents ready
2. Check Ontario PNP website daily

They said they would reopen it around Nov 2016.

Hi there

Not sure but they said they are going to resume the program on Nov 2016 and here we go in Nov but no updates yet. Hopefully it does not take long.

Keep checking the OINP website every day.
