When will study visa may get approve ?

Can anyone tell if they have filled in Jan 22 and got any update regarding PPR.
Below are my timelines Filed date: 13 Jan 22; Biometeric Updated :27 Jan 22. No update after that . I see the processing time is 12 weeks . But anyone got it before,if yes how early ?

Files lodged in November and December are still waiting for their decision. Based on current PPRs and results, you can expect yours in late April or early May. Good luck!

I got my correspondence letter a few days ago. It was two days after I passed my medical (received my medical request in December). Still no decision yet. Is this normal? Does IRCC give all PPR to applicants at the same/around the same time?
