Always think SINP has opened and keep ready to submit. When it will open, press the submit.

Nobody knows. In May (EE), June (OID) and July (EE) they have opened on the 20th day of each month. But it seems that nothing will happen this time.
I suggest you follow the SINP threads which are already opened on the forum. We need to avoid too many discussions about the same thing.
