The latest draw went to 483. My CRS is 351 still way below the required CRS. Is there a chance for me in 2016??

Honestly... never!
There are far too many people with better scores. Quotas are filling up, they already started to slow down the number of invites...
The lower scores expected later this year will probably be more in the 450 zone.

I think it might be possible to make a case for 400+ in the long term but I dont see how 350 would ever be enough to get ITA at any point in the future.
For the forseeable future, 450 will remain the minimum required, as it has been ever since EE started.

We need to be realistic about how low CRS can actually get. I've known quite a lot of people who got there with their 300+ score through provincial nomination. That should be a good alternative

Definitely. Anybody who is below 450 should definitely look at PNP or the possibility of LMIA. At least those are viable options.
