When will IRCC start dealing with Jan intakes?

Guys, has IRCC started issuing ppr for Jan intakes? The holiday is coming, they will slow down the process then.
There are less than two months before the beginning of jan intake and without AIP we cannot even start online courses. Many people also have deferred once and the universities/colleges probably won't allow deferring again.
What should we do now? Do you have any suggestions if we don't receive any updates by the end of the year?

if what you said came true, basically we would have below options:
try to defer again, start online courses with risks taken, re-apply for 2021 intake, find ways to other countries, or forget about immigration.

no idea. seems like they are not working at all. even for SDS applications no update is noted since the past one month.

I do have a feeling they will start working on our application around January.
My friend got his stamped passport back yesterday here in Tanzania. He applied around april.

Universities offered Jan intake and most of the fall applicants deferred. Now there is no more relaxed deferral for May in my case and sept 2021 is too far away. 11 months.

This thread is for Jan intake. Which Jan intake has got an update? U mean to say Jan intake has already started studying online? What?

Oh well in that case, my bad. You're right they'r not issuing any permits to winter intake. Which sucks because some departments created a winter intake just because of Covid and it seems like students won't be there on time.
