When will I receive a refund?

Rejection caz f missing document. Rejection letter says full refund as they didnt begin processing. But dont knw when. I have got a new invitation and now am waiting for the refund to apply new

i also apply for my mother under the program PGP2018 but they rejected my application because they said i am missing information.I apply for refund end of january till now i didn't get any news i called them several times but still nothing.eveytime i called they send me email to re apply for refund,between all this my credit card got stolen i called them again to notify the problem again they gave me another link in email but still no answer. i really do hope to get my refund soon.

My PR application is refused and they sent me a email thay we r going to refund ur fee after 10 week no refund I send email but no reply what should I do.plz advise.?
