They have proposed to reduce the number of hours by half, and there's no "school" requirement. So my question is, if they reduce this number of hours necessary to apply for PR, will that matter if these hours worked are on-campus (Teaching/Research Assistantship that so many international grad students get), on off-campus work permit or it MUST be a regular work permit with no restrictions.
