well the recent draw happened yesterday 20-Dec-2019 for which I shared the above score chart.

can't comment about next draw as there were 5 draws in October 2019. Yes, five! Still few working days left in 2019 excluding holidays!

regarding multiple PNPs, yes you can express EOI in multiple PNPs at same time but cannot submit application to another PNP program if already submitted to one province. This will result in rejection and more implications!
