When we have new FSW policy for year 2012???

Hi all
Do any body knows or any idea regarding when FSW policy for 2012-July-1st??

bcz i am wanted to apply for FSW.

I think if your documents are ready why dont you apply now. As there is no gaurentee for new rules. Also the new rules are going to be applied to both old and new applications so it wont matter wather or not u apply after 1st July. The only point can be that your NOC to be kept for new one is 50-50. Share further details for further suggestions.

but the category which i am looking for apply is Biologist and CAP is already filled .. so as u know CAP will refresh after 1 july 2012 now tell me ...

Wait for official announcement of the NOC list and the new rules on the CIC website. Your pplication will be returned as cap is reached. It is only a couple of months to go. Moreover, no one knows what the ACTUAL new changes are, what is going around are only speculations. It becomes binding when it is passed as law/policy.

Dear guys i noticed that hundreds of pre June applicants got in process status or got rejected in first review by LVO in last to months , so i predict that new guide lines for fsw is coming soon and will be implemented to those applicants whose status is not in process so LVO is working hard to those applicants who are waiting first review to convert them IN PROCESS
