When We got 2nd AOR From Local CHC, what does it mean?

Hi all,

When We got 2nd AOR From Local CHC what does it means?
there are no more chances of rejection?
that means applicant is qualified and get full points or VO is satisfied with the application and process for further steps like Medical, RPRF , visa etc...?

what the exactly the mean when I get 2nd AOR by local CHC?

2nd AOR means that Visa office recvd your application. On first glance they found that papers were in order

After this there will be detailed review of papers to see if they are sufficient, background check and security check etc

If any thing is not in accordance with VIsa office requirement, your application gets rejected, if any thing is not clear they contact you for clarification/additional docs, and if everything is fine you get Medical request

ok, I dont get 1 PCC from 1european country, I stayed somany countries near about 14countries including EU Africa USA and gulf but Idont get 1PCC fro EU country , till date they dont understand why I need PCC, I explain siple canada immigration , they ask me for written that show me who wants it and show the authority letter, and that country embassy dont have PCC option to issue in local USA.
rest of is fine so can I send my full docs.

There are two ways to it

One is to show your first AOR and Visa specific requirement doc to the one european country and ask for the PCC

Second is explain to CHC why you can not get PCC from that one country.

VO may or may not be satified with your explaination and may ask you to get the PCC again. So best option would be 1, incase you get a letter from that country authority that PCC will not be issued share with Visa office

You can ask CHC to issues a PCC request letter for that particular country. I did the same for Singapore and CHC issues a digitally signed letter which I used as PCC request proof.

Explain to CHC that this particular country wants letter as proof for issuing the PCC.
